1.豌豆荚。

2.剥粒。

3.洗净沥水。

4.糯米提前浸泡4小时。

5.干锅里倒油烧热,放入豌豆翻炒几下,加些许清水,盖上锅盖,将豌豆焖至半熟。

6.放入糯米,加刚好没住糯米多一点的清水,加适量盐、胡椒粉和五香粉拌匀。

7.盖上锅盖,开中小火,慢慢转锅,使锅底全部均匀受热,然后贴着锅底的一层糯米,将之上的糯米饭全部翻面,依次转锅――均匀受热――翻面约2到3次,中间加少量麻油,至水收干,锅巴形成。

8.成品。
